The use of Memu Live through our mobile applications may involve collection and use of your information. This Privacy Policy explains and informs you how your information is collected, used and disclosed by Memu Live with respect to your access and use of our services through our mobile applications. - When you create an account on our Service, you provide us your login credentials as well as some basic information about yourself that is required for the service to function, such as your gender and date of birth.
- When you have finished your profile, you may add more information about yourself, like your personality, and other personal information, as well as multimedia like images and videos. You may need to provide us access to your camera or photo album to contribute particular content, such as images or videos.
- Some of the information you choose to tell us, such as your racial or ethnic origins, sexual orientation, and religious views, may be deemed "special" or "sensitive" in certain countries. You consent to our processing of this information if you choose to supply it.

- We gather the information you provide us throughout the conversation whenever you contact our customer service staff. We occasionally monitor or record these exchanges for training reasons and to guarantee excellent service quality.

We may collect the information about your activity on our services, like as how you use them (like the date and time you logged in, the features you've been using, the searches, clicks, and the pages shown to you, the referring web page address, the advertising resource that you clicked on) and how you have interacted with other users ( or the users you connect and interact with, the time and date of your exchanges, number of messages you send and receive).

We gather data from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, such as: Sensor data from devices like accelerometers, gyroscopes, and compasses; Hardware and software information. These information are your IP address, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs (like Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA, which are both randomly generated values that you can reset through your device's settings), device ID and type, the browser type you are using, version and language, operating system of your device, time zones, other virtual identifiers used by cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (like IMEI/UDID and MAC address);
- Details of your wireless and mobile network connection, your service provider and signal strength;
- Information on device sensors like as accelerometers, gyroscopes and compasses.
- Other information with your consent. If you give us permission, we can gather your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) via a variety of methods, depending on the service and device you're using, such as GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi connections. If the authorization you granted us in your device settings specifically enables such collection, we may gather your geolocation in the background even when you aren't using the services. We will not gather your geolocation if you refuse to give us permission to do so. Similarly, with your permission, we may gather images and videos (for instance, if you want to publish a photo, video, or conduct streaming on the services).
Memu Live may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
- To contact you: To contact you by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
- To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.

You can choose what communities to participate in and what information you add to our services. You can choose what messages to send or post, what information to include in your profile, whether to connect any third party services to your Memu Live account, and more.
We offer a number of settings that allow you to tailor your experience within Memu Live. You can also access other privacy-specific settings in your User Settings. This is also where you can limit certain types of processing of your information:
- Limit our ability to use your data to improve our services. We offer certain settings that allow you to limit the information we collect to help us understand how users use our services, what features or products they may want, or to otherwise help us improve our business. If you turn off these settings, we will stop collecting and using certain event and log information as described in these settings.
- Limit our ability to personalize Memu Live for you. We offer certain settings that control whether and how we may personalize Memu Live for you, such as offering you relevant recommendations for in-app content and features. If these settings are disabled, we will stop collecting and using certain event and log information as described in these settings.
We generally retain your data for as long as we need it for the performance of our Services and to comply with our legal obligations.
We may keep it to evidence our compliance with applicable Laws and Regulations; there is an outstanding issue, claim or dispute requiring us to keep the relevant information until it is resolved; or the information must be kept for our legitimate business interests. However, even though our systems are designed to carry out data deletion enquiries and processes, we cannot promise that all data will be deleted within a specific time frame due to technical constraints and legitimate reasons.
You can delete your account via the User Settings menu. Deleting your account permanently deletes identifying information and anonymizes other data.
We endeavour to protect you from unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your information through responsible and feasible security measures that are universal within the industry. We have implemented reasonable security practices and documented information security policies which comprise all relevant security control measures that are commensurate with the protection of the information assets (including your data). However, despite our commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your information, it is difficult and impossible for any entity to promise complete security to your personal data. If you deem that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately and we will take necessary actions as expeditiously as possible.
You must be careful and cautious before uploading text, images and others when engaging in our Services since your voluntarily or publicly sharing of information may involve personal data about you or others.
Protecting children's privacy is important to us. We do not direct Memu Live to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of eighteen.
We do not allow you to create an account and use Memu Live if you are under 18 years old, and we may monitor compliance with this restriction by scanning a photo of your face to ensure that you are over 18 years old. We may also if there is reasonable doubt, ask you to verify your identity.
If we learn that a child under the age of eighteen has provided us with personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to remove the individual's personal information from our records.
We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time to take into account any technical, economic, regulatory, or legal evolution, or if we change our practices regarding the processing of personal data, especially to comply with any changes in applicable laws and regulations, or if we change our practices regarding the processing of personal data.
We will notify you in advance, by any appropriate means, of significant changes to this Privacy policy. Usually, this will be done through an in-app notification. Following advanced notification, your continued use of any website or app operated by Memu Live team, and/or when you use any product or service provided by Memu Live team, means you accept these changes.
